Service Description
Start your week with a peaceful blend of long-held yin poses and meditative stillness. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blocks and eye pillows, you'll be guided to gently ease into each posture allowing the body to soften and mind to quiet. This class is deeply grounding and we close with a calming Blue Sky Meditation - an invitation to open, expand and rest in awareness. A grounding, inward journey for all levels. All classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of options and modification offered to support your individual needs. You're warmly invited to join us whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice
