My yoga journey began over 12 years ago in Singapore, where I completed my first 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training. I had practiced for many years prior, finding deep solace and release each time I unrolled my mat. This practice became my anchor—an exhale that allowed me to navigate life with more grace & ease.

​

Feeling deeply drawn to deepen my understanding of these powerful practices through Yoga and Mindfulness, I attended many more Yoga Teacher Trainings and also became a Mindfulness Educator. I've since had the privilege of attending and teaching at numerous retreats, teacher trainings, and classes in the U.S., Bali, and New Zealand. Each experience enriches my practice and deepens my connection on this transformative journey. 

 

My classes are all designed to be invitational, offering variations and alternatives so that these sacred practices are accessible to all. I feel such a passion and privilege of being able to share the knowledge of these ancient teachings which are woven into each of my offerings.
